Evacuation Alert issued for properties in Electoral Area E

Current situation
The Thompson-Nicola Regional District has issued an Amended Evacuation Alert for approximately 38 addressed TNRD properties in Electoral Area E (Bonaparte Plateau) due to the Pear Lake wildfire (C40983). Anyone in the affected area must be ready to leave on short notice.
This Evacuation Alert has been amended because one property has been newly placed on Evacuation Order due to the Pear Lake wildfire, located at 1988 Pavilion-Clinton Rd (Downing Park). The Evacuation Alert includes:
- 6421 to 6977 Jesmond Rd.
- 1093 to 1996 Pavilion-Clinton Rd.
- Any other properties as outlined on the map
An Evacuation Order is in place near by for Downing Provincial Park. The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District has also issued an Evacuation Order for an adjoining area.
