The Village of Clinton has issued an Evacuation Alert for all properties in the Village of Clinton due to the Fiftynine Creek Wildfire. Additionally, at this time, the Thompson Nicola Regional District has also issued an Evacuation Alert for surrounding areas. Anyone in the affected areas must be ready to leave on short notice.
