Evacuation Order expanded for Black Dome Mine area

Current situation
The Thompson-Nicola Regional District has EXPANDED the Evacuation Order issued due to the French Bar Creek Wildfire (K70748). This wildfire poses a threat to life and safety. Impacted residents must evacuate NOW.
The Evacuation Order is now in effect for approximately 2 addressed properties and 2 unaddressed properties in Electoral Area “E” (Bonaparte Plateau).
Impacted areas include Black Dome Mine, and all areas as outlined on the attached map. Areas remaining on Evacuation Order include:
- PID 013-401-530, District Lot 5151 Lillooet District (near Lone Cabin Creek)
- 7129 and 7140 Empire Valley Road
- Any other properties as outlined on the attached map.

If you are in the area under Evacuation Order, you are at risk. You must leave immediately.
