Evacuation Alert UPGRADED to Evacuation Order for Nahatlatch and North Boothroyd

The Fraser Valley Regional District has UPGRADED the Evacuation Alert to an Evacuation Order for the Nahatlatch and North Boothroyd areas due to the Brunswick Creek and Ainslie Creek wildfires. If you are in the area you must leave NOW.
Evacuees in need of in-person support can go to Shxwhá:y Village, 44680 Schweyey Road, Chilliwack.
Travel on Highway 1 may be impacted. Check DriveBC.ca for the latest updates.

Recommended actions for Evacuation Orders
Follow all directions from officials:
If you are in the area under Evacuation Order, you are at risk. You must leave immediately.
Refer to the Evacuation Order for information specific to your community.
Create a profile or login to
Emergency Support Services (ESS) and learn how to access short-term basic support.
Additional supports for evacuees include:
- Cultural Welcoming Centre: In-person help for any evacuee at Shxwhá:y Village, 44680 Schweyey Road,
Chilliwack. - BC Evacuee Helpline: 1-800-387-4258. Staff can guide you through registration, complete your needs
assessment, and answer questions about your evacuation.
