The Central Coast Regional District has issued an Evacuation Order for the hamlet of Ocean Falls in Electoral Area A, British Columbia due to landslide hazard risk. Impacted people must leave immediately.
Recommended actions

Follow all directions from officials:
If you are in the area under Evacuation Order, you are at risk. You must leave immediately.
Evacuate following this route(s): from Fifth Street along Bennet Street, Lewthwaite Street or Marine Drive
toward Front Street.
Register for: Emergency Support Services (ESS) for short-term basic support.
Evacuees may request and register for support at Old Bank Inn, Front Street, Ocean Falls, BC. Contact: Les Marston by phone: 250-289-9624.
Upon request and based on assessed need, temporary accommodation and meals may be provided through the Emergency Support Services program.
