The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen has issued an Evacuation Alert for the Community of Eastgate due to flooding. Impacted people must be ready to leave on short notice.
The Evacuation Alert area includes:
- Eastgate: Southeast of Highway 3, Lower Community near Bonnevier Creek.
- Properties on the Pasayten Forest Service Road along the Pasayten River.
