Environment and Climate Change Canada has ENDED an Arctic Outflow Warning for inland areas of the North Coast, including Kitimat and Terrace.

Emergency Warming Centres and Public Warming Spaces may be opened by local authorities in your area.
- Locations may be added by your local authority directly to EmergencyMapBC
- Locations may be listed on your municipality, Local Authority or First Nation website or social media channels
- The City of Terrace has opened a Daytime Emergency Warming Centre, open from 7am to 7pm, at 4444 Lakelse Avenue
Extreme Weather Response Shelters are operated by BC Housing and their partners for anyone who is homeless or at risk of homelessness:
