BC EMERGENCY ALERT: Evacuation Order for the Kiskatinaw River area

Current situation
The Peace River Regional District has issued an Evacuation Order for the Kiskatinaw River area (Electoral Area D). A BC Emergency Alert was sent to people in the Evacuation Order area, instructing them to leave NOW. An Evacuation Alert is also in effect for nearby residents to the north.

Evacuate immediately if you are in the following area: Kelly Lake and the areas North of Campbell Lake, West of Tent Lake, South of Twin Lakes, and East to the Alberta border.
The Kiskatinaw River Wildfire, G70422 poses a threat to human life.
Evacuate to Sudeten Hall, 1901 Alaska Highway in Dawson Creek.
If you are unable to evacuate call 9-1-1.
