Evacuation Order issued for IR 4 Bucktum

Current situation
The Boston Bar First Nation has issued an Evacuation Order for IR 4 Bucktum due to the Brunswick Creek wildfire. Anyone in the affected area must leave NOW.
The evacuation route is Highway 1 to either Chilliwack or Kamloops/Merritt. A Travel Advisory is in effect. Highway 1 may close on short or no notice due to wildfire activity. No stopping along highway. Watch for reduced visibility and road crews.
